Cancellation Policy

All play therapy bookings must be made directly with me via email or phone. Sessions can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a session, will incur the full session fee. I appreciate your understanding, as late cancellations make it difficult to offer the space to another child who may be waiting. If you have any questions or need to make changes to your booking, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
